The sun might be playing hide-and-seek, the days are getting shorter, and your couch might feel like your best friend right now. But donât let fall and winter lull you into hibernation mode. Enter the November Project, where fitness meets funârain, shine, or even snow.
Back in 2011, two friends, Bojan Mandaric and Brogan Graham, made a pact to stay active every morning in November. Soon, they realized sweating it out is way more fun with a crowd, so they started recruiting others. Fast forward, and what began as a simple challenge is now a global movement with 52 chapters in eight countries!
Hereâs the best part: these workouts are totally free and designed for everyone. Think burpees and squats mixed with a good dose of sillinessâlike competitive rounds of duck, duck, goose (yes, really!). As Canadian member Tanis Smith puts it, âFitness doesnât have to be this hard-nosed, drill-sergeant type thing. You can have fun and get fit!â
And the fun isnât limited to just the colder months anymore. Whether itâs before dawn or as the sun rises, the November Project gathers communities to bond, move, and shake off those seasonal blues.

Fitness, friends, and a little silliness. Whatâs not to love?
Cheers to staying active,
