NeoCon Never Trumper Bill Kristol Embraces Transgenderism

In yet another display of his disconnect from conservative America, neoconservative commentator and die-hard Never Trumper Bill Kristol is now rallying his allies to “Stand with trans,” condemning President Donald Trump’s stance against transgender ideology as “unjust and dangerous.”

Kristol, who abandoned the Republican Party after it embraced Trump’s America First agenda, took to X (formerly Twitter) to share an article by Marc Solomon, a progressive activist at Civitas Public Affairs Group. Solomon argues that transgender Americans are being dehumanized under Trump’s leadership and that opponents of transgenderism are comparable to Nazis.

Kristol’s post was simple but revealing: “Stand with trans Americans. You don’t have to understand everything about the transgender experience to know that Trump’s acts of humiliation and dehumanization are unjust and dangerous.”

This statement follows a broader pattern where Kristol and his Never Trump colleagues consistently align with the radical left to oppose Trump, even at the expense of basic biological truths and common sense. By adopting progressive talking points, Kristol continues to alienate the conservative base he once claimed to represent.

Solomon’s article, which Kristol promoted, accuses Trump of “denying the existence” of transgender individuals. Among the policies Solomon deems harmful are Trump’s efforts to protect women’s sports and prevent ideological agendas from undermining military readiness.

Solomon writes:

“Donald Trump and his administration’s dehumanization of transgender people—literally denying their existence—is deeply harmful to a small group of Americans who face discrimination already.”

But let’s break this down: Trump’s policies are not about “denying the existence” of transgender people—they are about protecting biological women’s rights, ensuring fairness in sports, and keeping the military focused on readiness rather than social experiments.

Since returning to office, President Trump has made it clear that his administration prioritizes fairness, safety, and national security over radical gender ideology. Two major executive orders exemplify this approach:

1. “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” – This executive order rescinds federal funding from educational institutions that allow biological males to compete in women’s sports. The order states:”It is the policy of the United States to rescind all funds from educational programs that deprive women and girls of fair athletic opportunities, which results in the endangerment, humiliation, and silencing of women and girls and deprives them of privacy.”
2. “Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness” – This order reinforces that military service requires discipline, truthfulness, and physical capability. It states:”Consistent with the military mission and longstanding DoD policy, expressing a false ‘gender identity’ divergent from an individual’s sex cannot satisfy the rigorous standards necessary for military service.”The order continues:”A man’s assertion that he is a woman, and his requirement that others honor this falsehood, is not consistent with the humility and selflessness required of a service member.”

Solomon, in his article, goes so far as to invoke a famous poem by Pastor Martin Niemöller, a German theologian who opposed the Nazis, to imply that opposing transgender ideology is akin to supporting fascism. This is a tired and absurd tactic used by the left—comparing any opposition to their agenda to Nazi Germany.

Trump’s policies are not about oppression but about restoring order, fairness, and reality to American institutions that have been hijacked by woke ideologues.

Kristol’s advocacy for radical left-wing gender ideology is hardly surprising given his history of disdain for working-class Americans. In 2017, he suggested that white, working-class Americans should be replaced by migrants, saying:

“Look, to be totally honest, if things are so bad as you say with the white working class, don’t you want to get new Americans in?”

Kristol has repeatedly labeled white working-class Americans as “decadent, lazy,” and “spoiled.” His recent stance in favor of radical transgender ideology is just another example of how out of touch he has become with the values of everyday Americans.

Bill Kristol and the Never Trump movement have abandoned conservative principles in favor of whatever narrative opposes President Trump. By standing with the radical left’s gender ideology, Kristol and his allies are actively undermining the rights of women and the integrity of institutions like sports and the military.

President Trump’s executive orders are not about cruelty or “dehumanization.” They are about protecting the American people—especially women and children—from the chaos that radical left-wing policies have created.

Kristol and the Never Trumpers may continue to champion the latest progressive cause, but real conservatives will stand with Trump in defense of truth, fairness, and national security.
