A 63-year-old Pennsylvania man has been arrested for allegedly attempting to sabotage the vehicles of Trump supporters by throwing nails and screws in their driveways and parking spots.
Authorities in Bucks County took Alaric Dalberg into custody on charges of harassment, disorderly conduct, and other related offenses after an investigation uncovered that he had repeatedly targeted individuals who publicly expressed support for President Donald Trump.
A Calculated Attack on Trump Supporters
According to NBC Philadelphia, Dalberg wasn’t just throwing nails and screws randomly—he was allegedly selecting his targets based on their political beliefs. Police say he even scattered sharp objects in areas where he merely suspected Trump supporters might park.
Court records reveal that on October 30, 2024, Dalberg drove past a home with multiple Trump-Vance campaign signs and deliberately tossed nails and screws onto the property. The next day, a local grocery store employee found screws and nails spread around her parked car. Investigators say Dalberg admitted to targeting her simply because he overheard her speaking positively about Trump while he was shopping.
A third incident occurred on November 1, again targeting a home displaying Trump campaign materials.
When confronted at his home on February 13, 2025, police say Dalberg confessed to throwing the nails and screws, calling his actions “dumb and stupid.” However, he quickly pivoted to politics, allegedly asking the officers, “How could you support him?”
While vandalism and politically motivated harassment should shock everyone, incidents like these have sadly become more common. What’s even more disturbing is that many of these offenders are older adults—people who, by their sixties, should understand that cameras are everywhere, actions have consequences, and attacking others for their beliefs is unacceptable.
So what’s happening?
The answer likely lies in the legacy media’s nonstop propaganda. Many older Americans who haven’t fully adapted to streaming, social media, or alternative news sources are still consuming the 24/7 hysteria from outlets like CNN and MSNBC. These networks constantly portray Trump and his supporters as a grave threat to democracy, leading some to believe that taking action—no matter how unethical—is justified.
The same dynamic has played out with Tesla vandalism. Elon Musk was once adored by the left. But after he openly criticized Democrats and supported free speech on X (formerly Twitter), he became enemy number one. Some left-wing radicals, fueled by media fearmongering, now see it as their duty to scratch, damage, or key a Tesla—even though the car’s owner likely purchased it long before Musk voiced his political views.
For some, the media’s brainwashing is so deep that they view acts of vandalism and harassment as righteous. The Dalberg case is just another example of how dangerous this conditioning can be.
Dalberg’s case leaves us with lingering questions. How did he identify the grocery store worker’s car? Did he follow her? Did he spy on her before making his move?
More importantly, how many other incidents like this are happening across the country but aren’t being reported? If the roles were reversed—if a Trump supporter was caught scattering nails around Biden supporters’ driveways—this would be a national news story for weeks. But when the left engages in politically motivated violence, it’s either ignored or excused.
This should be a wake-up call. Political violence has no place in America, and those who encourage it through media narratives must be held accountable.
