President Donald Trump made it crystal clear this week: America is not interested in a prolonged war with Iran. The mission is simple — and for Trump, it has always been simple: Iran must never be allowed to possess a nuclear weapon.
During a sit-down with Brian Glenn of Real America’s Voice, Trump addressed growing concerns among America First voters who fear Washington may be inching toward another endless foreign conflict.
“We’re not looking for a long-term war,” Trump said. “I only want one thing — Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. That’s it.”
That statement echoes what Trump has been saying for years — long before he ever entered the political arena. In fact, he’s been publicly warning about Iran’s nuclear ambitions since at least 2011, when he tweeted his now-famous line:
“Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.”
Trump reminded Americans that he gave Iran a 60-day window to make a deal and end its nuclear program. That deadline expired on June 12, and the next day, Israel launched precision strikes on Iranian nuclear sites, military assets, and refineries.
The Trump administration has stood firm, supporting Israel’s right to self-defense while sending an unmistakable message to Iran’s regime: Time’s up.
And it’s not just about deterrence — it’s about leverage.
Trump told reporters earlier this week:
“We have complete and total control of the skies over Iran.”
He even revealed that U.S. intelligence knows the exact location of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
When asked whether the U.S. would take direct military action against Iranian nuclear sites, Trump didn’t flinch — but he also didn’t tip his hand.
“You don’t seriously think I’m going to answer that question?” he said, mocking the reporter who asked if the U.S. would strike Iran and at what time.
“Sir, would you strike it? Would you please inform us so we can be there and watch?” Trump quipped.
Then he added what may be the most Trumpian answer of all:
“You don’t know that I’m going to do it. You don’t know. I may do it. I may not do it. I mean, nobody knows what I’m going to do.”
While legacy media tries to spin Trump’s Iran stance as “aggressive,” conservative outlets like Breitbart News and Real America’s Voice have highlighted what the President has emphasized all along: this is not about starting wars—it’s about preventing the next global catastrophe.
Iran’s regime has shown the world what it’s willing to do, even without nuclear weapons. It has funded terror groups like Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis, launched direct missile strikes at Israeli cities, and targeted civilians rather than military targets.
President Trump knows that if this regime ever gets a nuclear weapon, Israel, America, and the entire civilized world would be at risk.
“Very simply, Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. That’s it,” Trump said again, emphasizing the point.
“It’s not a question of anything else… They would use it on us and use it on other people and they’d be a terror all over the world.”
- Trump does not want a war—but he’s not going to sit back and let Iran become a nuclear threat.
- His administration’s firm stance and Israel’s proactive action show that America is leading from strength again.
- Iran now faces a choice: deal or collapse.
While Joe Biden and the G7 push for watered-down monitoring agreements, President Trump is drawing a hard red line — one that America’s enemies would be foolish to cross.
No more empty threats. No more endless talks. No nuclear Iran. Period.
