Vice President JD Vance didn’t mince words after watching Senate Democrats try to score points against Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. during a Finance Committee hearing. When Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., accused Kennedy of pushing “reckless decisions” and a “fundamentally cruel” agenda, Kennedy pushed back with facts—pointing to Wyden’s long tenure while chronic disease rates climbed to 76%.
Vance later took to X, blasting the senators who spent the hearing lecturing Kennedy. “When I see all these senators trying to lecture and ‘gotcha’ Bobby Kennedy today all I can think is: You all support off-label, untested, and irreversible hormonal ‘therapies’ for children, mutilating our kids and enriching big pharma. You’re full of s— and everyone knows it.”
Kennedy reposted Vance’s remarks with a simple “Thank you @JDVance. You put your finger squarely on the preeminent problem.”
White House officials quickly joined in. Press secretary Karoline Leavitt reminded Americans why Kennedy is facing so much fire: “Secretary @RobertKennedyJr is taking flak because he’s over the target. The Trump Administration is addressing root causes of chronic disease, embracing transparency in government, and championing gold-standard science. Only the Democrats could attack that commonsense effort.”
Deputy Chief of Staff Taylor Budowich was even sharper: “Democrats are getting absolutely TORCHED by @SecKennedy. They seem uninterested in health or human services, just parrots of a failed medical orthodoxy that has made America less healthy.”
Democrats, meanwhile, continue to throw up smoke. Wyden accused Kennedy of fueling conspiracy theories, mishandling federal agencies, raising costs, and “taking vaccines away from Americans.” Yet Kennedy laid out an aggressive reform agenda unmatched in recent memory. In just six months, his department has tackled food and baby formula contamination, drinking water safety, drug prices, prior authorization delays, and even the East Palestine chemical spill.
Kennedy summed it up clearly: “We’re ending gain of function research, child mutilation and reducing animal testing. We are addressing cellphone use in schools, excessive screen time for youth, lack of nutrition education in our medical schools, sickle cell anemia, hepatitis C, the East Palestine chemical spill and many, many others. At FDA, we are now on track to approve more drugs this year than at any time in history.”
The contrast could not be clearer: Democrats clinging to failed orthodoxies that enriched Big Pharma and left Americans sicker, versus an administration working to dismantle bureaucratic rot, protect children, and finally hold health agencies accountable. That’s why the Left is panicking—because Kennedy’s reforms threaten the very system they’ve defended for decades.
I think one of the most important things is what they are putting in baby formulas. This seems to be the age/time that we started seeing more health issues with the children. There’s no reason to have formulas as it’s healthier to breastfeed. In some cases, powdered milk with a little sweetener, Kayro syrup is just as nutritious. The numerous amount of vaccines at birth is also to blame. It’s just like C19, you have to have to be exposed in order to develop an immunity. Exposing babies to things without developing immunity is messing with their genes. I’ve also heard that the use of forceps during the birth has contributed to cranial damage. Keep going Kennedy!
