Palisades Wildfire Threatens School, Homes in Los Angeles

Los Angeles faced another wildfire scare Tuesday morning as extreme winds fueled a fast-moving blaze in the mountains above Pacific Palisades. The fire erupted near the Paseo Miramar neighborhood and quickly spread, prompting evacuations of homes and the local public school.

Eyewitnesses described the chaotic scene as flames engulfed homes and cars, with embers leaping across the canyon to the nearby Marquez Knolls area. The fire moved with alarming speed, forcing residents to pack what they could and flee.
